Pat Rogers  Pat was born and raised in the Greater Victoria area. He was
well known in minor sports and continues to be actively involved in various activities today. Though moving around the island in order to develop his various business ventures, he always considered the Greater Victoria area his home.

 Margot was born and raised on Southern Vancouver Island. She has made her home on the Saanich Peninsula for the past 11 years and is very passionate about the area.

Starr McMichael Starr has an extensive background in sales, marketing and 
business management, as a former shareholder in the Truffles Group (Truffles Catering, Platinum - Destinations and Event Management, Habitat @ Royal Roads University and Canoe - Brewpub, Marina and Restaurant) where she held a number of positions concluding with the role of Executive Vice President. Alison Hunter Alison has been a resident of Victoria for thirty five years.
